We provide on-warranty, out-of-warranty, and extended-warranty repairs on ALL kinds of computer products; Servers, Workstations, Desktops, Notebooks, LaserJet printers, DeskJet printers, and all brands of Smartphones, Tablets, Phablet devices at all our partnering service centers.
Mondraim leads in Nigeria in the cell phones/smartphone technology maintenance and repairs sector where thousands of youths (technicians) across the country are beneficiaries of the company's hands-on training programs. This we have achieved in partnership with state governments, NGOs, and other corporate bodies on youth empowerment.
Also playing a major role globally in contributing to youths' technical-knowledge empowerment are our books, such as Mobile Phones and Tablets Repairs: A Complete Guide for Beginners and Professionals (see other Mondraim Books) which is an offshoot from the work done in our training workshops.
We implement on-site hardware and software maintenance contracts with service-level agreements and managed services supplying our clients with in-house engineers and in-house spare parts store.
We also design technical training programs and products to help aspiring young professionals.
